Hi - I have donations given to Team Everest for Nov 2021 with receipt. But IBM AskHR says no support for donations tax exemption on Form 16. Thus, the donation isn't deducted on my Form 16. Can I now update the donation directly on E-filing.gov u/s 80G for exemption or will that cause an issue ? IBM

I don’t want other people’s problems
That’s totally BS. Never got asked for that before - not at Big 4 nor mid-tier
I would work with another recruiter.
EY asked for mine, but I never ended up leaving.
EY, if you're reading this, it's not too late to take me.
(Save me)
I haven’t completed one in years..... wouldn’t have anything to show them 😂😂😂
I joined EY as an experienced hire and was never asked. Maybe it was because I never said I was highly rated. It's funny that they ask because it would be pretty easy to doctor if you know what you're doing.
Standard
Never asked for that before, worked at another big 4 previously and wouldn't give them any reason to have doubts about your performance and get a lower salary
Standard. RSM asked for mine when I interviewed as senior
“Edit PDF” really exists, guys!!
Normal
Interesting. If specific client engagements are mentioned within, do you black those names out but leave the rest?
EY asked the same of me. Not that our annual review is very beneficial - provides no stats on how someone actually performs, just where RSM feel the worker fits into the 5 core soft skills of the firm.
Not normal, but I was hired from industry into PA
EY asked for mine. Just standard to make sure you aren’t saying you’re a top performer when you’re actually on PIP. That said, they didn’t ask for a specific review, just one that was recent, so you know I grabbed the best one I had that made me out to be a superstar They had no issue with me redacting client names or other items that were firm/client specific before sending over.
Please don't keep saying it's standard when there are clear deviances based on other responses including mine. My guess is there's probably a recruiter template of what to ask for, and a performance review is probably 'recommended but not required'.
They only asked for my yearly review/overall rating- are client names listed in that?
I offered when switching firms, but they said no thanks. They preferred references
I had to share my reviews internally when transferring to TAS
