I think I am more tired and exhausted on a 4-day week than I am on a full week. I don't know if it is the fact that I feel like we are trying to play catchup or what. Do you feel more tired/stressed on a short week, or do you feel more rested?

I have been taking 20 mg xr in the morning but have a terrible crash around 2/3pm each day where I just get very very tired.
