Have you tried contracting? That would at least buy you time to keep looking. That’s what I did. You may even be able to find a contract to hire position. Or get lucky and have them convert you even though it wasn’t officially a contract to hire position. I’ve been in both situations.
pg 1 does look a tad heavy on bullet points - comfortable trimming those down, & maybe condensing sentences?
action verbs: aren't exciting/don't jump off the page to me, ie exhibited, demonstrated...
search for resume action verbs and swap some out to jazz it up.
sentences like detail-oriented... are subjective. omit those on resume.
in skills section: use 1 word descriptors, ie CMDB | ITIL, etc - no need for sentences there. recruiters need to skim, not read - remember you are 1 of thousands of applicants they'll look at that day.
Is there anything I should add, Update, remove, formatting, spelling, wording, bullet points, re-organization,… Anything at all?
Do you have any suggestions as to the job roles I should be looking for? Very specifically the exact job roles? Or specific companies?
I have had CFO, CEOs, directors, HR and recruiting friends all help me with my resumes, and they are all looking for stuff for me, and so far zero has come to fruition.

Remove bullet points, replace with dashes. Put skills at the end. Include a summary that says I am a [Role applying to] with x,y,z skills. If you are putting sentences in your skills section, you are compensating for not having those things in your experiences section.

In would definitely suggest taking it down to one page. Skills section does not need to take up so much room and I would suggest using that area for mostly hard skills (highlight the soft skills in your job bullets)

I also use AI a lot to pull key words from job descriptions so I can customize my resume to each job I apply for.
