I used to have an ICICI salaried account , which i stopped using as my new employer didnt accept icici. I withdrew all the money and forgot about it.

Now, my forthcoming employer is giving icici as an option.

Question is, does anyone have any experience/idea in such a scenario ?
Will icici penalize for non maintenance of MAB ?
How do i close the account without any penalty - if closure is the best way out ?

I run 4x4 intervals on a treadmill every 2-3 days, and pushups/hangups/crunches about the same, but somewhat more infrequently. Great exercises to do with little time. In winter I go XC skiing upstate at our cabin every two weekends or so.
