What's the in hand for this

I had cleared all rounds in Accenture and documents upload is also done but the recruiter never called after that, currently the status shown is as below:
"Owing to business reasons we foresee some delay in processing your candidature. Once we have a suitable demand, commensurating your background, experience and expertise, we shall reach out to you.
We highly appreciate your patience and continued interest in Accenture job opportunities."
Will I get offer or not?

I have moved from Industry to consulting and I regret it everyday 😔🤣
I left because grass is greener on the other side. But, now I know “The grass is always greener near the septic tank”. Would take a good role in industry over editing of footnotes anyday !
Have done it vice versa. And can definitely say that exposure you get in consulting is an all round thing. However in industry, you become a master of only one skill and then switching across later becomes a task!
Fully agree. A stint in consulting after industry is definitely rewarding. But I've seen career consultants wishing they had some industry experience. Grass greener.
Spent 4 years in industry, then did MBA and got into Consulting. Enjoying every bit of it here. In industry, scope of learning and exposure is specific to an area and switching firms can be an issue. I'd pick Consulting any day.
Agree but they hire people from less than that. If you are getting at any point of time in your career, just move. That's what I would say.
