I want to move to Canada and I have 10+ years of experience as a Software/Systems Engineer (Senior Middleware Engineer) but my score is too low ( around 350 even with a job offer). My company says they can hire me in Canada if I get the PR on my own. It's there a way to accomplish it without a job offer? Plus I'm 39 and year by year my score decreases. Can anyone here recommend anything to be able to move to Canada with no Canadian work experience neither Canadian education?

So I used to work for a company where my job was good, was a director of business solutions for a fashion brand. Only issue was that the CFO micromanaged and ended up leaving. My background is digital transformation however I took an infrastructure position to rebuild a provincial healthcare system. I always lacked the hardware side and thought this was a good move but I feel like I’m losing my digital skills and don’t enjoy the work. I’m in it for 7 months now.

Mid level Electrical Engineer in the greater Baltimore, MD area making $115k base w/ $20k sign on bonus. No yearly bonus. I started this job in April of this year. 2-3 years experience. When I onboarded they told me to expect promotion to EE III in about a year. Performance reviews coming at the end of the this year and I’m wondering 1) if my salary is on par with what I should expect 2) how to approach conversations about raises and promotion with my supervisor. Moved to Canada on a work permit but recently got my PR approved. It’s been a 4 month wait to get the actual PR card and I have a family trip coming up soon.
