Hi folks- I had an interview today and even the have read about product sense interviews, I bombed. How does one take mock interviews with peers? Anyone with experience willing to do some mocks to share the feedback? Is there a community out there willing to help out a newbie in tech PM role?

I’ve been working for a company for 25yrs, looking for advancement. I’m considered an SME, managing people, Vendors and working on large system conversions. Have provided long term goals. When requesting feedback I’m told I’m on the right path, no suggestions on what to improve. I asked about timelines for advancement and not being given anything concrete. Recently interviewed with another company as a Vendor Mgmt partner. Individual contributor, high visible position with potential. Thoughts?

I interned at RBC Wealth Management last summer and currently have 2 offers for summer 2023 that require a decision next week: 1 for BASF (chemical manufacturing) and 1 for Peraton (defense technology); I am also waiting to hear back from SMBC (S&T), Point72, Lord Abbett, Boeing, and Shell. For the last three years I have seen my practice only promote white guys to senior managers even though a few of the main partners are Indians.
