I want to work at SAP but have no experience with their ERP. Would getting certified help, and what's the most affordable way to do it?

What would you do?

Industry accountant with 5 YoE, can move into senior position with $100k base, or lateral move into big 4 as associate in assurance AWM.

Interested in capital markets, PE, investment...Senior role is unreleated to these industries while PA role could potentially open doors? Just would hate not getting that salary bump after I can finally start seeing some real money after 5 years.....

Also potential advisory role in regional firm but nothing concrete...

Guys, i have an offer at Accenture. I'm concerned about the probation period - 6 months with another possible 3 months.

It feels like my pay and title are lower than my scope of duties. Do you think I should be something like Video Content Manager? A Strategist maybe? My company doesn't have career pathing & I think they'd be happy to keep giving me more work with the same pay. How are the pipelines to making partners looking at other firms? Do you see 7 to 8 years at SM level like EY? Is 3 to 4 years an old news? This is for fed compliance btw. Are other service lines any better?

Hi fishes, I recently joined Accenture, I am from manual testing background and they put me into monitoring team where we need to analyse errors looking at codes, logs and resolve it and the KT that is being given to me doesnt feel enough when I raised concern to TL, TL itself is blaming it on me that I qm not able to understand what is being taught, I am not able to work in the project at all, I requested for roll off within a month, will this imact my career at accenture? someone please sugges

I’m working at a small firm that is more like a one-stop shop. We’ve had instances where a client of ours have asked for a deliverable that is outside of our expertise and that we need specialists for. However, the relationship partner (is that what they’re called) for some reason wants everything to go through them rather than having the specialists directly engage with the client. Is there some legal/ethical reason for this? Or is this just an act to protect their turf?

I feel under qualified at work but I also don’t know how much of it is in my head or in reality. I head a team and they seem to be happy… but I’m also personally not satisfied what we’re delivering is enough… so I have this weird mixed feeling of the stuff we’re doing not really being that stretching, but at the same time I feel out of my depth. I really don’t know what to do and whether to hold on in the hope I’ll learn something or go back to a lower grade and a more comfortable life.
