Why TCS is so rude and self proclaimed kinda. I declined TCS offer last year as they were giving very less CTC. Now I got interviewed again with TCS and cleared all the rounds but they are not reactivating my ibegin portal for document upload since I rejected them last year...in this way u think they will never ever reactivate my profile.

I have a doubt for openshift most of the times having 24/7 having night shifts 90% is it correct . So we need to work entire carrier in rotational shifts? In kubernetes we have uk and general shift most of the time .

I think the person was clearly in shock as he got to know he was being fired and that was the reason for his anxiety during the call.
Yes its a very traumatic experience, you start analysing the aftermath, how will you explain this.

As per any bgv vendor, relieving/experience letter is sufficient. When in doubt they will request for other documents. HR was saying that bgv vendor software is able to detect digital document tampering. Why don't they check with actual company about it? It's not a small MNC. It's was more than 2 months and why don't they contact employee for clarification immediately when they have doubt? They want to show fake reasons to terminate.

Joining company call from personal laptop is not ethical according to hr. Then why do they ask employees who joined company on day 1 to attend employee onboarding from personal laptop as laptop is not shipped?
