Newbie to investing and never invested in a company that went through a reverse stock split.
In theory, I understand the market value should increase but I’m not seeing this reflected in the price and naturally my book value/ share is very disappointing.
A) When should I anticipate the stock appreciation to occur?
B) What’s the next move for companies that do this? Issue more shares?

I've been offered a job at Publicis Sapient as a front-end developer (React Js).
What kind of work culture, work load and tech stack exposure should I be expecting?
I'm having 1 year experience.
I've also got offers from IndiaMART InterMESH Limited, Amdocs, Verizon and Collegedunia.
All for the role of front-end web developer.
I'm very confused between all of them.

I wanted a suggestion from you all guys, I have given interview of PS and got a call for offer after interview and I denied the offer as I have received an offer from some other company, I denied coz I was not doing offer shopping or piling offers, he tried to convince me and when I didn't get convinced he said to blacklist me from PS. What to do?

I have a doubt for openshift most of the times having 24/7 having night shifts 90% is it correct . So we need to work entire carrier in rotational shifts? In kubernetes we have uk and general shift most of the time .

(Not sure this is recorded.. Somebody can confirm this).... How pathetic publicis sapient is about employee wellness? They are requesting employee going on paid leave and leave is applied by hr itself. What kind of help is company is doing to employee?

With all due respect I believe you should definitely consult a mental health professional. I understand that losing a job can trigger a lot of emotions. The behaviour on the call and even here is not appropriate, if you cannot see that I think there is a huge problem.
Also having so many switches, the sheer inconsistency raises a red flag. I think PS realised it is a wrong hiring.
Before you come to talent, not being able to clear 4 client interviews and not being able to sustain a job with a decent company for more than a year signals the problem.
I won't be surprised if something similar might have happened before as well in any of the previous firms where you were asked to voluntarily resign and it doesn't show up on the record.
I am not defending PS but telling them they are the only ones in the wrong is not true. Termination is bad but any sane person can see that the hiring was wrong.
Ok. Now I understand. You are working employee who is not in notice period. You are afraid of getting fired if you are against publicis sapient. You are not able to clear any big product MNC or not in a state to clear interviews for any big MNC interviews or will be. Best of luck for your journey with the company till the time you are not in bench.

Checked Prakhar’s profile and it looks genuine, probably hired at high salary and got screwed. Other profile Siva seems to be shady adobe amazon walmart microsoft and then sapient. K would assume the sequence for a notmal person would be the other way around
Layoffs, no hike from last 3 years and in the current year. Calling off WFH. Extreme work pressure, worst work culture. These all are realities not fiction.

I understand that you were not able to crack 4 chances of client interview given to you, now I am confused about how you crack the 90 minutes long 2 Technical interviews? I am really curious about it as I am also holding an offer from PS.
In client interviews they will ask you unnecessary questions which Noone can answer

this happens to me, i jujst searched some laws that i can use agains the company, and send a aggressive email to HR, HOD, and directors , with claiming evry one is resposible, and that works, even i have to leave the job, but i fot my FNF withing 2 days
