I was hired as a Delivery Partner in Kyndryl Inc. ( Formerly known as IBM ) just three months ago and found out I'm SEVERELY underpaid than my fellow peers. Almost $25k lower than the minimum salary. What's worse is Im not only doing my role but also replacing a second BPM on his account for atleast 2 months + I'm 24/7, 365 days on call. Can you please guide what should I do in such case especially since I'm a new hire?

Hi I’m a current Graduate student, hoping to get my foot in the door for Deloitte Healthcare Consulting, Accenture CDP, or EY specifically within Chicago Offices. Is there anyone open to connecting and speaking on their experience being hired? I have previous experience working prior to my degree so hoping to get insight on how I can best score an interview. If you’re also open to providing a referral that would be a bonus!
Hey! Any Google folks know if it’s possible to negotiate fully remote if a contract role is hybrid? Personally, I don’t want to relocate and go to the office on a contract role given the current economy. Plus, I’m assuming contractors are the first to go in layoffs. I just think it’s a fair trade off if I’d be allowed to work fully remote. I’m also trying to have flexibility to manage my Airbnb business in a different country. Same time zone as the home office if I’d travel weeks at a time.

You are not a partner. You do however, apparently, have partner in your name. But you are not a partner
Whats your salary?
It is highly unlikely you will get your salary up significantly, unless you leave kyndryl and find something else.
It’s IBM - welcome to outsourcing and managed services!
100%. It's so difficult to find jobs out there as well..
How do you know everyone else’s salary?
Research on several website.. also asked one of the other colleagues
That is a very account size, profit, performance, knowledge, and potential for growth based type of salary. They also may have left room for salary growth and the salary ranges have previously (not sure about in the upcoming future) been very dependent upon where you live. Some of my counterparts live in Denver, so are paid around 25k per year more but in the end I likely come out ahead due to living in a rural state that has low costs.
Good but old fashioned!
So by Delivery Partner, I think what you are referring to is the erstwhile DPE role in IBM GTS. Delivery Partner Execs are usually Band 8 and Band 9 (on larger accounts). So the role is equivalent of a Manager / Senior Manager in other firms. It is not an executive role even though it had exec in its name. Not sure about Manager / SM salaries in Canada but you should align expectations accordingly.
Keep interviewing.
