I have offer from Nagarro for 32 LPA(1.6 variable) and another from Turing of 34 LPA (2.5 Variable) I don't want to Join Turing, but can I negotiate with Nagarro based on Turing offer to increase my package? Or is it too risky since I don't have any other offer. What are chances if negotiation fails they(Nagarro) resind the offer?
Hello, what is working in retail banking like at JPMorgan Chase ? Specially the branch manager role. I’m looking in the Columbus area. How is pay, culture, benefits, sales environment, meetings, etc. How easy is it to transition from retail banking to corporate. I hear the Polaris campus has great opportunities, I was thinking about getting my foot in the door through retail then transferring to corporate ?

This gives me hope. Have been laid off since September :( I’m just so depressed
I hope so :( it’s been so hard
Congratulations!!
Thanks!
Congratulations!
Thank you for sharing your experience. It DOES often take that many darts to land a good one on the board! Sometimes jobs come looking for us. But when they don’t, we need to trust that out process of looking is just that, a process that evolves over time as we gain momemtum and clarify what we are looking for! Cheers to your new chapter!
I am resonating with your sentiments. The job offer that I finally received was for a position I applied almost 3 months ago. Then right before the offer phase back the, company lost two accounts. They came back with an offer recently when won new accounts. I had moved on and was applying and interviewing. The peculiar thing about this experience was that the job was through a recruiter that contacted me on LI. After that I applied through referral and nothing worked.
Congrats 👍
Congratulations!!!! Awaiting my soon to come offer s well 🥺 thank you for sharing your experience.
we’ll all have good news to share soon
Thanks! I hope, that offer is coming your way soon. Best luck!
Wow that's amazing! I was laid off in Nov 2023 with 4 months notice. My last day is March 8th. I didn't start actively looking till mid December and I've applied to well over 100 jobs and not on interview or call back so you are doing great. I'm working with recruiters now and I have updated my resume over 100 times LOL.
That is a lot of hard work you’ve put in. I am sure the efforts will pay off soon. Good luck with your job search. If feasible take few weeks iff before you start a new job. It’ll be good for your mental health.
Congratulations! Love to see a positive story cause this search is depressing.
I hear you! Even though I have a job offer and starting soon, it is hard to process all the auto rejection emails I get for the jobs I applied 3 months ago. It’s insane job market.
Nice!!! Congrats on that grind. Those are better conversion numbers than i get. I recommend you keep interviewing and applying if you want more pay. It sounds like you should refine your obedience skills. Dan Croitor on youtube helped me land 5 offers.
