They won't give you C1 at 9 yrs. Also, C1 comes with 15% variable. Dikhawon pe mat jao apni akal lagao.
Go with B3 only as VP component will be 10%. In future with promotion u may go for C1 ,you will receive a hike also for promotion

At 9 yrs you should know better than to randomly ask what is in hand. Ask your recruiter how much is variable. I think for B3 it's 7.5% of total CTC but I'm not certain.
I appreciate the response and the flexi benefits vary from company to company and that's the reason I have asked for inhand salary. Some have more components (fuel/driver salary/shares). Only after accepting the offer we will know the split up of the components. I have not yet accepted the offer. Hence asking randomly 🙄

If they're saying split will only be told after you "accept" the offer, there's something shady going on. You will get an offer letter after successful salary discussion and only then you accept the offer. Before getting the offer letter you have every right to ask the recruiter the split at least between the fixed and variable.
One thing I will tell you is that basic is 35% of CTC in Wipro. In hand salary calculation requires tax calculation which requires regime selection which requires details of your deductions and exemptions. Hence "random".
Variable is always 10%
