I have submitted my documents 10 days back
I called HR but they are saying the approval is pending .i dont know what approval they take from management before salary discussion. Shall i wait for them ?

i have 3 offers 1.Practo 2.Infosys 3 PWC SDC Which one should I go ahead..salary being offer have only 5-6 % difference

Got a hike from 16LPA fixed to 24 LPA CTC with variable for Senior manager presales role. Can i expect better offer ?

Just here to vent a little. I am looking to make a move to a new role sometime this year but haven’t begun actively looking / applying, I’ve just been responding to recruiters who reach out on LinkedIn with roles that look interesting. I am already exhausted 😅 there’s always something with these roles or the company. I can’t imagine getting the energy needed to actively look for the right fit, but also can’t imagine staying at my current job beyond this year. 🥲 anyone else or any advice?

Currently a first year big 4 audit associate who does not want to stay in public accounting and wants to be able to teach part-time at a community college/university. I have a Bachelor’s Degree and will have my CPA license soon. Since these schools typically require a Master’s to teach, is it dumb to get a Master’s in Accounting?
