I was recently layed off and been applying left and right, specifically to IQVIA and ICON (and other CROs), but not getting invites to even talk with HR. I have 7+ years in the clinical research field (program manager) and just trying to get in the door as a CRA. Anybody have a connection to a helpful HR recruiter or any advice? I’m looking to transition from an academic medical center to pharma or a biotech. I have about 8 years of clinical research experience overall — 7 years combined as a CRC (CRC I, CRC II, and senior CRC) and 1 year as a PM. I’m also recently ACRP-CP certified.
