Looks suspicious on a resume to jump that fast (you’d want to leave it off entirely). 15% might not be worth enough to jump - consider the other employee benefits (which can easily exceed 15%), whether the company/team is a good fit for you personally, and make sure to consider whether the client and type of work is also something that will further your career.
Take Accenture their growth is far better, u will be promoted quickly. I know about TR very well as my wife works there for 15 + yrs. Trust me take the Accenture one. By the way I am with accenture
I worked as a contract Solution Arch at TR. TR is a great place. Good culture and products. Accenture will grind you into the pavement with travel and workload. WLB is nonexistent and stress at Accenture is intense (worked at Accenture for a few years). Enjoy TR - the WLB and reduced stress are worth waaaaay more than the 15%
That's true TR is very slow compared to Accenture
WLB at Accenture is very much luck of the draw. It depends on the projects you get assigned. I’ve noticed that 2 people can play the same role on different projects with 1 coasting along doing a 45 hr week and the other taking calls late and night and early morning because they have a difficult client and an offshore delivery team.
If your interested in learning on the job and working on a variety of projects tho, then Accenture is great for getting that experience. You have to take the good with the bad
In TR promotion from Tech Lead to Manager will take like for ever. Better take ACN offer you won't regret.
Bowl Leader
I don’t know anything about TR better, but experience wise ACN will most likely be better. WLB will most likely be worse. If you’re < 10 years experience and can handle the potential 55 hrs a week I’d go with ACN. If you’re upper level you might be tasked with management responsibilities too. a consideration if you like that or not.
I wouldn’t worry about the 1 week. You’ll burn a bridge there, but just don’t list them or say it was a timing issue etc.
I don't know anything about TR, but a solution architect at a consulting company is a pretty nice role in terms of the experience you'll get.
Depending on the project, project leadership and stage of the project, WLB can vary. I remember working graveyard hours pre-covid however a lot has changed since covid

I'm an SA at Accenture in the Salesforce ecosystem (Canada) and I can say that WLB is pretty good on average. 40-45h.
It usually follows the typical stages of the project: more intense in the discovery and design (as you run the show), switch to coasting mode in build and test and picks up a bit in the end with the delivery, KT, UAT.
Side work for business development is there but not a big factor.
Not easy to get your 100% variable pay in Accenture. You rating has to be good for full variable pay and last i worked in Accenture they have poor rating system.
