I will be putting a paper tomorrow. I have been part of one startup and was very close to everyone I worked including my boss. I don’t know why I feel like I will be betraying the trust they showed to me. Reason, I am leaving because I have better opportunity in MNC with good salary and I feel like I should go ahead with it. How shall I deal with everyone since I have physical office ? Thanks.

Booz Allen does not pay bonuses until you get to the Senior Associate level (1 step below Director) and I think that impacts employee performance and work ethic pretty dramatically. I’m wondering if not paying bonuses is common to federal contracting because of how the contracts or priced, or if this is something unique to Booz Allen.

I'm an accounts receivable expert with 8+ yrs of experience. I started with 96k per annum in 2014, and have worked with 4 different MNCs since then. Currently I'm getting approx 9Lpa, and it feels like I'm pretty much stuck here. Switching jobs increases the pay scale, while staying for a while reflects stability.

When I look at the other member's comments here, it seems majority of folks are earning 20-30Lpa or even more.

Any suggestions from mature audience to achieve a big pay raise.
