I will be releasing from project by june30th and moving to pool. I am now in notice period so is there a chance of getting early release without serving complete 60 days NP.

When I look for jobs as Java developer, why many of them asking me about the devops? Docker, kubernetes etc...why it's necessary for a developer ? Project may have a seperate operations team to manage it right ? Or anyway I need to learn it to survive ?

1.There was a Junior who used to work in my project for 14 to 15 hours.

Team leader and senior used to work for one hour.

2.There was a psychopath team leader who used to fight with everyone and bring conflicts.
