I’ve been on the phone with the pharmacy, doctor office, and insurance all day and they’re giving the runaround about a medication that is not in formulary. I am a 17 year seasoned outpatient PT in Tampa FL who is the current head PT for my clinic. I do marketing, admin duties as well as staffing. I haven’t gotten a base hourly salary raise in 8 years! (I do get a percentage of profits but due to Covid, haven’t gotten one in 2 yrs). I do not get 401k, con Ed or health insurance benefits.
Current salary is $85K. I am getting very frustrated that this has not increased even after asking. Thoughts? What to do? What do other seasoned FL PTs make?

Got 14% hike on fixed and 12% vp
Current fixed pay is 13lpa, CTC 14lpa
