I work as a tax manager at EY Luxembourg and I’m looking to take an internal transfer to London. My reasons are that it would allow my wife to work in the field of her choice (that field does not exist in Luxembourg). I am aware that I may need to take a hit on my salary, but would be great to know - what is the tax manager salary range in London? Would GBP 75k be a big ask?

Can i ask for joining Bonus after accepting the offer letter? Had a conversation with HR and was being advised it is difficult but will see what can they do.

i have an offer of X amount from jp morgan and x+ 3.5L from Mphasis, my joining is within a week, I asked counter offer from HR, she said we will look if there is any backup candidate to fill that position then we will not do counter and it will impact my DOJ also since offer approval process takes around 2 weeks. should i wait or should i join on my current doj. and also if i will wait will they give me another doj on my current compenstion or they will revoke the offer past doj?
