I have recently joined FIS Global around end of April. My mother recently met with an accident and she needs to be operated.
I haven't been able to update the anything regarding the insurance part yet on FIS portal.
Will my mother's treatment be covered under the insurance? If yes, what's the procedure for the same? What are the documents that I need to submit in order to claim the amount?
Can anyone please guide?

Be really professional if you do address this. Ask for examples so you can understand the context of the feedback. I do feel sometimes opinions tend to lead the behavioral side, and they usually do not have facts or documentation to back them up.

You can say that in a professional way. I would word it something like, "this is not how I perceived XYZ." I would definitely make sure you stand up for yourself though.

If it is grossly fabricated and could hurt you later, raise it to HR and raise it up the chain. 2nd level manager and so on. Especially if you have proof, often it will get review and take care of if you are persistent.

Receiving strong feedback but limited compensation can feel confusing. Sometimes organisations separate performance recognition from budget constraints, though that rarely makes the outcome feel fair.
