I work in a startup hedge fund in London with two of us. A pm with 10+ years of experience and myself with 5years of experience (BCG, PE, into this role). We have done well this year but I am paid aggressively below market and do not have carry. Comp benchmarks are challenging as difficult to find an apples to apples comparison. What do you guys think is a reasonable base, bonus, % of carry in this position?

I reverted asking them to provide 40% hike on my cctc or 20% hike on fixed cctc and wfh option.

Just read a Business Insider article saying that if the conflict between Russia and Ukraine keeps escalating gas prices will end up being 50% higher and oil prices will be 20% higher. As if we aren't already paying a small fortune for both of those things!
