Was just invited to a first round interview with PwC - Real Estate Advisory and Deals (senior associate) in Toronto. I just graduated university and would appreciate any insight or tips! The interview structure will be several recorded answers - with 3 minute answers allotted for each question. Thanks!
My wife has her joining date extended from Randstad and no joining date has been provided. What are the chances of her offer getting revoked. She has around 1 year of experience in HR. She got to know about this just on the last day of her notice period. She doesnt have any other offer as she didnt expect the joining date to get extended. Randstad. If anyone is open for hiring, please let me know. I can share it with her. Morningstar Tata Consultancy Accenture JPMorgan Chase Wells Fargo Infosys

It depends on how serious the statement and claims are and their accuracy to an unbiased observer. If the claims are totally and ideally provably false, cause meaningful harm, and you have already spoken to this person about it then you should report it.
The risk is you get branded as “the problem” for making a frivolous claim against someone that they can manipulate to look like a misunderstanding that you are over reacting to.
Yea. This is good advice
Said another way some false statements don't matter and aren't worth wasting people time.
On the other hand if this person is making tons of false statements and it continues to happen. Then a bunch of small things can end up being a bigger deal.
Like others have said. I would check in with the CFO first.
If someone like the CFO is aware of a lying and vindictive employee and they aren't doing anything about it, what makes you think HR will? CFO is basically the number 3 dude in your org.
I would set a time to talk to your cfo directly and only communicate via email with this individual so everything is documented.
You need to directly communicate with your cfo that you feel it necessary to document this with HR and see what she says.
This is a tough situation so sry to hear this.
Re reading and apologies about the grammar. But looking for advice if it’s a good idea to report the false accusations to HR or not.
