I work with someone who at most should be fired or at least be reprimanded for her condescending attitude towards team members. I've started emailing responses to her whenever she calls me or messages me. When she responds she will usually cc her manager and others because she thinks shes always right. She will always show her attitude in her responses and doesn't seem to understand how bad she comes across.
