I worked as a mortgage consultant (non-advice) at Bank of Ireland in Bristol and wanted those who might be thinking of applying for this particular role to be aware of the shameful pay (it went up from £22,300 to £23,000 per annum in January 2024). The training is mediocre and I'd strongly advise you not to join this company in this role. People come and people go. If Bank of Ireland really cared about their staff they'd pay them a living wage.
