I would be joining the Mastercard Gurugram office soon in the Advisors division.

Just wanted to check what is the work policy like? The HR told me its hybrid and 3 days working from office every week. Is this flexible, or the 3 days are pre-decided and we are supposed to be in office on those 3 days?

Asking this as I am not based out of NCR and would be relocating. This will help me understand how close to the office should I look for acco.

How are 1st year litigation associates dealing with WFH? I’ve been having terrible anxiety/panic attacks, and pretty sure my billables wont exceed 110 for April. After 6 years of temporary contracts and unstable situations, I find my dream job in my dream company. All of a sudden the world goes upside down and I get laid off. I start sending hundreds of applications, with only 2 recruiters getting back to me to say I don’t have experience for the job (this is how it works in Italy).
