I'd like to see a huge increase in my salary because why stay in defense contracting without the money/this industry wears on you. Currently make $133k at Booz and have turned down $150k offers from smaller contracting firms because we all know what the downsides of those are. Feasible to hit $180k+ as a PM with a mid-size or competing firm (e.g. Accenture, NOT Deloitte)? I am non-technical, niche/somewhat hard-to-find skillset, secret, 15 YOE.
