Think they did a good job on this piece. It was a truly embarrassing moment for the firm, but I think it’s being handled as well as can be expected. Should go smoothly this year 🤞

BCG final round interview in a week. Any tips on what to expect in a partner level conversation?
- how is it different than the round 1 experience?
- how important is the casing component? I'm doing pretty well, but not perfect. Friends have been eating me 8/10, with the need to improve structure and be more top down in my communication. I'm wondering what I can do to improve that in a week and if that will be a deal breaker on interview day?

Bain & Company Hello, I received an offer as a Senior Practice Manager at Bain. The profit sharing range is 0-12% in the offer letter. Is it typical to receive the midpoint (6%)? Also, what do the annual salary increases typically look like? Any insights are much appreciated. Bain & Company Boston Consulting Group McKinsey & Company

Not sure what this role is in terms of YOE. But I would say general rule of thumb:
- 1-3YOE - you apply to BA (you can try Asc but very unlikely)
- 3-5YOE - you apply to JA/Arc
- very rare to join directly as EM
Very unlikely imo
For BCG, the A/C application is generic - the process is the same and they’ll level you on their end, based on your relevant years of experience.
If you only have 1 year, you’ll likely come in as an Associate (i.e., entry level).
Yeah - I’ve seen people get no tenure for 3 yrs of consulting work post undergrad before. But honestly - the bar is pretty high at MBB and coming in at a more senior level could be a disservice to you
