Hello Guys,
I joined Cognizant recently, the project interview calls which I am getting is not from my base location.
I have the location constraint, should I wait for the right opportunity or raise this concern to ADP team so they can look in to it?
As per ADP policy, one should not have any constraints and take the project as FCFS basis.

Hi I’m a current Graduate student, hoping to get my foot in the door for Deloitte Healthcare Consulting, Accenture CDP, or EY specifically within Chicago Offices. Is there anyone open to connecting and speaking on their experience being hired? I have previous experience working prior to my degree so hoping to get insight on how I can best score an interview. If you’re also open to providing a referral that would be a bonus!

Always follow up. Now if it’s 3 weeks, yeah maybe you can hang your hat but 1 week is nothing. I don’t know why “desperation” is thing in these circumstances. They’re either interested or not and following up consistently and politely shouldn’t dull your chances.
Both? I’d take that as a “I didn’t get it” but also follow up because you’d be surprised how bad some people are at communicating in our communications-focused industry.
I interviewed at one place and didn’t hear back, not a peep. 6 months later they randomly called me with a job offer.
Definitely follow up. In today's market interviews are happening without confirmed funding. It's possible thy haven't gotten final approval or even something as simple as someone is on vacation. I interviewed in March last year, the world shut down and I then got an offer in August.
I gave this same advice to someone just last week. She let me know today, she sent another email to the two people she interviewed with as well as the recruiter. She received emails from all 3 including apologies for not getting back to her. They let her know they would have an answer for her by the end of the month (end of q2).
Follow up. So much shenanigans goes on in the background, it's worth it to keep showing your interest and they'll remember you in the future even if you don't get the current slot for which you originally interviewed.
