If I get my CM&AA certification is that enough to gradually start advising clients on small mergers and other transitions. If so, what would fees look like for that?

What certifications are they?

I completed Level 1&2 AAT certificate as well as Computerised Accounting Level 1&2 certificate
I am willing to make a good start as a junior Assistant in accounting office for training and study
And I am looking forward for any available opportunities

No it's not. You don't need the certification to advise clients on small mergers. That is all based on your network and do clients see you as an experienced advisor. Normally you would have worked in a Senior level at a firm that does that and built up a track record before branching out on your own. Fees are usually around 1 to 5% of deal size.

What is considered a “large” caseload in employment litigation? I work at a large L&E boutique law firm and handling about 14-15 active litigation cases in state/federal court or arbitration. Some of these matters are multi-plaintiff and multi-defendant cases, but none are class actions. This does not include any matters I am handling in the charge stage or in pre-litigation. Not sure if that’s a typical caseload or not?

We had evaluations and normally we have annual raises. I think my salary is under market value at $68k (plus OT) in Los Angeles (5 years of experience). I was told I am one of the top employees in the firm. When I asked about a raise, I was told “when you think about it at your level 5k to 10k doesn’t really matter it’s the long term goal that matters”. What would be your response to that, to a partner who is making 500-600k a year?
