Yes of course. Regardless of the timing of your feedback, it’s good manners. Keep the note short; it’ll take you five minutes.
Doesn't matter. They provide feedback immediately after your interview so it won't impact your offer decision
Send a quick thank you. If you do end up with an offer, it gives you an opportunity to contact them again after you begin and start building your network
If they give me a business card I do send something but I don't ask for contact info from interviewers anymore. Seems like a thing that is dying out particularly for larger firms
Sure why not, there’s no harm
I find it slightly irritating when people email me after interviews. It certainly doesn’t make any difference though
I agree with D1. While an offer might take a week or so feed back is usually given in an email right after they speak with you
Feedback is given immediately to recruiters. They take it from there and do their thing. So thank yous are best spoken to the interviewer before you leave the room
Always send a thank you note!
Of course you should. Thats etiquette 101. This seems obvious to me...
Pet peeve are interviewees who don’t send a quick thank you with some feedback/input from the interview. Few reasons: 1. Courtesy; 2. Ensures I know you’re really interested and why; 3. Courtesy. Did I mention courtesy? Seriously, if you can’t take 10 minutes to draft a well written email that reinforces your interest and qualifications, I question how you’ll handle clients and business development. Maybe it doesn’t matter to everyone but based on experience, it matters to some and it’s so simple to do. Good luck!
I heard that it takes a week to get an offer
As an interviewer, a simple quick email is nice
Always
Doesn’t matter. If they like you they will ask for you.
