Hi fishers! I have offer and signed contract with Deloitte UK and my start day is in the beginning of April. I need skilled worker visa, and we haven’t applied yet for that. Screening and onboarding is in progress. Immigration team doesn’t reply since reached me out 1st time. How much time does it usually needed to go through the whole process? How many days take for visa to be approved since application?Deloitte

Yes, provided you don’t work for Accenture

Can't speak to the current Accenture policy, but often its okay if they have an office in that country that you can work out of.
If American, no, this is a tax issue. You can get special dispensation from HR if you’re a foreign national, doing caregiving, etc.
Thank you!
It depends on the project, ask your leads. For example I’ve been in a project where we are not allowed to access the client’s data outside of the country.
Thank you!
You just need to get permission. Typically you can work from abroad for 20-30 days a calendar year in approved countries assuming there are not data security issues for your client. Beyond that creates tax liability issues for your employer.

Depends on the account. The one I’m on currently actually forbids taking your work laptop out of country. They can track it too by ip address
It’s tracked in the hardware not just the ip address.
