I recently joined nagarro.... was on bench for almost a month as I was not getting project as per my skill set. Recently got one project as per my skillset and cleared client interview also.
But during the time, I was also looking outside for good opportunity, I have one with same package from a product based organization.
What should I do now ? If I resign , would Nagarro release me early or I will have to serve complete notice period?

I disagree on base EYP1. That's base for a first year Director. SM at PwC is equivalent to an experienced Director. I'd put it at around 220 base not knowing anything else about OPs YOE

Hmmm. As for setting a floor to manage expectations, I guess that makes sense
PWC SMs are more like experienced managers and map to the Director equivalent at EYP.
Director, 200k base
Because you have director, sr director, principal? Do you have SM or director is the equivalent

Yes, but 200 is for D1s. Source: my paycheck

Let's hope the raises will be good. I'd like to get a pool next year lol
Don’t get too caught up with all the base numbers getting thrown around. Parthenon is famous for having high base and tiny bonuses. Make sure you get some total comp benchmarks.

No one knows for sure yet. My guess is salaries don't change much if at all while they raise the top bonus potential and overall average given. I say changing comp model to emphasize that there will likely be a philosophical change away from "high base, low bonus" to "high base, medium bonus". A firm would be suicidal to reduce base comp ever

PwC SM is not the same as S& SM, not sure why EYP folks map to the same level there, unless OP already has a verbal offer.
It’s not a step down if it’s more money for the same or more responsibility
You should come in as a 2-3 year Director.
