So I have claimed exemptions on the following-
1) HRA
2) 5 year term deposit(fixed deposit) under Section 80C
3) Interest on education loan under Section 80E

I have also provided previous employment details.

How do you start searching for mortgage loans and what do you look into lender

After I max out my:

New to US. Which brokers offer best margin accounts? For e.g. I have equities worth $100K and want to trade options. Is there a broker where I can do so without paying more in collateral money - essentially using stocks as collateral, and also not paying margin interest. Need help on how to invest. We are positioned to pay off our house later this year. Expect to work for another ~20 years. 401k fully funded and have some company stock investments maturing over the next few years, but no investments outside of that. Kids have a prepaid college plan for certain schools. Emergency fund is solid. Where should I look to start investing? I have fidelity for my 401k, would they be good to open a taxable investment account with, or are there better options?
