Yes why would you not be able to? Just because you were fired doesn’t erase your work experience
Someone I used to work with got fired and he put his coworkers as references instead of his bosses. FWIW in my convos with his prospective employers they didn’t seem to care as I could still speak to his work, collaboration, etc.
You still have to put your dates of employment and you cannot lie about that as it’s part of the background check...
Oh yeah, you’re right on that. Specifically I was referring to a small job I had outside of college a couple years ago which lasted only a few months. I haven’t put that in a background check for two other roles and it hasn’t bit me yet
Most companies won’t disclose why you left because of legal reasons. They will just verify employment dates.
I've worked at a company that has a policy of not rehiring no matter how you left. This wasn't entry level either.
