I think it really depends on how you define "job hopping". It's much more common nowadays to switch jobs every couple of years than it was in the past, so most employers don't really bother with that too much anymore. But if you're changing jobs after less than a year and are doing so regularly, then that's almost definitely going to be a red flag. If you're lucky enough to get a call back, be ready with a really good (believable) explanation for the lack of staying power.
Honestly, job hopping is so common especially with Gen Z, with many of them leaving jobs within a year or less. The attitudes of job hoping are surely changing. And they have to change, especially with this especially tight job market! Of course explain why you’ve left, but I think hiring managers and even recruiters are beginning to understand the value in having diverse experience!
