I also am generating billables against the time they spend packing, walking to the car, stopping unnecessarily in the airport, prioritizing their hydration, which then leads to bathroom breaks…basically anything I deem as an inconvenience to my schedule. I’ll invoice at the conclusion of the trip.
The real question is - do your invoices get paid?? 😀
If they are significant enough to go on vacation with then no but I would also hope they would offer to pick up some more meals to even things out. But relationships are never 50/50 so I wouldn’t dwell on it.

I've personally used millions of points to gift friends and family trips across the globe. I would most certainly never invoice my SO the value of points applied to them.
