I tryed my best in an interview for a lateral move position at American Airlines . I passed the first round and the second round was a panel who do not even belong to this team. I thought I gave my best and answered according to American Airlines work culture and it has been a week and haven't heard from them yet. I tried following up with the hiring manager and got no response. What more can I do? OR should i think this is gone and try for another one?

Are interviews still insanely hard for anyone else, any other candidates? What’s up with companies planning to force staff back into the office that now Covid is over? Is it not abundantly clear that a huge chunk of the workforce doesn’t want to come back? You’re going to lose so much talent to savvier companies.

I have long term capital gains that outweigh the capital losses long term. But short term I have capital losses that outweigh the gains. The long term gains I will pay long term capital gains tax federal, correct? the short term losses will be a deduction from my income, assuming there are no caps on these deductions?
