Just got benched, been completely billable till now, how long until I should be worried about potential layoffs? (Even though management is “committed” to not letting people go during covid)

Can you get fired for having low utilization as a senior? My billable hours this busy season have been much lower than my peers.

How are people making the most of dating in Covid? Has anyone met someone through the apps and started dating during this time? Thought it would be a great time to find people who are looking for something serious and less distracted by a busy routine but haven’t had much luck.

Got laid off. Have savings to hold me until I find a new position but mostly I'm just embarrassed. Has anyone ever gotten laid off and not told their friends/partner about it? I just don't want people in my circle to know I failed basically.

At this point in the game it doesn't make a difference where you at everybody is getting laid off at one point or another the only thing I say is try to repair yourself for it if it happens to you

Working for a senior who is beyond horrible. She talks to you like you’re stupid and makes it sound like you’re absolutely terrible at what you’re doing. She’s made 5 other associates cry during her 5 year career. Got someone fired and made another person quit. It’s known around the office that she can no longer have a female associate, because she talks down to females more than she does males. I came along and thought I could deal with it but she literally makes me want to not log on tomorrow.

Round 1: HR round. cleared.

Round 2: Hiring manager round. Went well.

After 2 weeks they said Role no longer available. It was L5 supply chain role. This happened in April. Can I apply again in Amazon? I joined a company 3 months ago, does it look bad in CV to leave again in 3 months? I hv a 6 month gap in career in 2019 due to lay off (covid). total exp 9 yrs. SCM exp 6 yrs.

Is it possible to sell and transfer my bike to the buyer without physical RC? I have a copy from DigiLocker.

Background story: it was a newly purchased second hand bike, before receiving the RC COVID started and I returned to my hometown. So never received it and I’m sure the RTO is not going to handover me the RC easily.

I'm new to marketing and I am not formally educated in it. I have just been learning through experience with the business. I'm supposed to put together a Market report for our sales team to refer to but I have been stuck on what I even include. I have an expensive subscription to a reporting database and I am supposed to translate these technical reports into 20-30 slides. I can't figure out if I am overthinking something simple or lacking some knowledge that people formally learn in school.
