If you saw a colleague bending the rules to help a client/patient in need, would you intervene or report it? Why or why not?

I am so torn on this one because if it is helping the patient/client, that feels better than a staff member bending the rules to help themselves/their situation… but it’s still not okay bc it’s not fair if everyone isn’t getting the same treatment…..

I will resign in coming few days. I want my notice period to be reduced from 60 day to say 30days. I am not occupied in client project currently. My question is to whom should I talk to get my notice period reduced? What is the process?

I've become really jaded about consulting.
