Hi. I'm a final year btech student, and I recently got an offer from PwC India for the post of Sr. Analyst, with the package of 4.5lpa fixed + some yearly performance bonus. How should I expect me to be my career graph in pwc? Promotions, work culture, work life balance, basically any kind of insight will be appreciated.
THANKS A TON, IN ADVANCE.

Ey has a great culture . Absolutely no Two ways about it . I think if one has to move he will look at companies in the same place as culture is an important driver in these decisions .
I meant same space like pwc, Deloitte,

Anywhere but KPMG and Capco
How much is this is team dependent? Does the culture permeate the teams or do the teams form their own culture? In TAS at EY if it helps...
A2, I’ve worked at EY, Capgemini (when they bought EY consulting), and Capco. Currently a Director at KPMG and hands down it will vary by practice area but KPMG has one of the best cultures I’ve seen in any consulting company.
By the way, Capco culture wasn’t horrible if you have senior management support.
