I’m in between projects. I have been for a while now. So if anyone is looking for a freelance copy and u/x writer, put me in coach! I’m available to work.
Check out my portfolio and let me know if we’re a good profit match.

I’m also open to feedback on my portfolio. Thanks!

When I've led in house teams, I had my team to keep track of what they work on for about a month. I tell them it's a limited run, but we need to keep track of the data to get a baseline of how long things take. Once you have that data, determine how long each type of project takes by categorizing them based on type and required lift (for instance on video work, I classified it as 1- quick turn social, 2- medium level production, 3- highly produced commercial or cinematic style). Try to determine a baseline for how long each of these take, as well as roughly how many you produce of each per month and then aggregate that out to a year. Then you want to show which of these has the most impact for the organization based on the organizational values and strategy. Then you should be able to show, "if I have these team members, we can produce more of this to drive the value your looking for and work with our overall messaging strategy."
Absolutely brilliant. Thanks for sharing your insights
