Multiple positions open in IBM. DM me

Hello Guys,
I joined Cognizant recently, the project interview calls which I am getting is not from my base location.
I have the location constraint, should I wait for the right opportunity or raise this concern to ADP team so they can look in to it?
As per ADP policy, one should not have any constraints and take the project as FCFS basis.

Grad school is great and congratulations on finishing school 🥳 from another social worker (retired lol) to another. I was told by a couple professors back in the day that grad school is the start. You will continue learn and grow and develop throughout your career, which is the coolest thing about our degree. What area of social work are you interested in?
You have a lot of life experiences and perspective which is crucial in the field. Make sure you package that well. As for references your grad school profs should suffice. I had no jobs in the US after migrating here and no way to contact my previous employer. My grad school profs were my references and I explained that on every interview even before the situation went to background check. All the best, it will be great
I had no trouble finding a job I loved right after graduation and licensure. I used my practicum supervisors as references, along with some mentors I'd found along the way. Is there a reason the folks at your practicum or school might not provide references? If not, I see no reason to rely on outdated ones.
Also, congratulations on finishing grad school with kids! That's no small feat! Good luck in your job search.
I am looking for the honest opinions of SW on here, I am looking into transitioning/enrolling into a new career/school as a social worker and want to attend grad school as I want to still stay in the healthcare field. I want to still be able to help others navigate the system and get the help that they need. My questions are: How do you like your job in general? How did you navigate grad school? Pros and cons of the profession? Is there such a thing as an entry level for MSW? What’s the pay/salary range? School recommendation? What’s the best advice can you give to a newbie looking to get into the field as a second career? what‘s the job market looks like for new grad?
What is the downside of the occupation?
What is the typical career path (entry level, advancement, specialization?
What advice do you have for me as I consider this career? Is there anything you would have done to help you progress in your field?
Are there any internship/externship or volunteer opportunities?
A ton of MSW positions are entry level. Are you working towards a license? That helps increase the job market.
Places are taking new grads on and providing supervision. Probably bc of the shortage of social workers. I see entry level jobs now as more under the BSW category.
