Hey all- posting about some new NFTs that are just coming out for the Dream DAO. Essentially, each minted NFT and subsequent sale helps seed fund projects for a non profit for Gen Zers called Civics Unplugged. The non profit is backed by Andrew Yang, the Rock and others. Regardless of if you like the NFTs, it’s a cool project to get involved in / read more about. https://opensea.io/collection/skywalkerz

Why are you people scaring this poor newbie AVP 🥲 you’ll be fine. Titles really mean nothing until you get to top two titles imo. I have no idea what level all these people around me are, we are all just excel monkeys on the same boat.
Thank you, I appreciate that!
D: It isn't a great sign they hired you into that role with your limited experience. Not to rain on your parade but if you BS'd your way through the interview to get the job it will become evident real quickly once you start. Speaking from experience!
I actually didn’t bs my way through the interview so I’m not worried about that. Thanks!
Everyone is nervous day one. Lean on your core strengths and then be patient and speak from them. Your new boss and company choose you and really want to see you succeed
Thank you!
It’s good that your nervous because it means you care, want to do well and deliver for your team. No one is expecting you to get in there and solve all the problems on Day 1 and understanding a new org takes time. It’s important to try to understand basically what those problems are and meet as many of the people you will be directly working with in your first week. What is most important to them? Work your way outside your group to understand priorities of those you’ll collaborate with too.
Thank you! That’s really great advice. I appreciate it!
Be there on time. Wear your best but most comfortable clothes. Do not hesitate to extend help or ask if you have any questions. Best of luck, OP!
Will do. Thank you!!
