I'm 15 yoe in Telecom 18LPA and I'm now learning devops to enhance my career. Do the recruiters consider my yoe in case I got devops role and what would be average salary I can negotiate. TIA.

I've recently got an offer for 60k yearly in Hamburg. They're sponsoring relocation for myself and wife as well and 3 month stay.
Currently placed at 20 lpa with 7 years of exp and wife at 12 lpa.
And before moving she would have to put down the papers and search for job there afresh.
I'm also having offer for 30+ lpa in India.
Would it be a wise decision to move there. Would I be able to save enough and enjoy as well?
