I think I'd take a loss based on cash-in if I sell as is for cash as it needs about 100k in repairs and updating for the rental unit. My side was done in '14 and looks it. Or wait thru Nov '24?

I called to help desk and he advised to raise rectification request from Tax portal and update the challan number. I tried to raise request but need to upload some XML or json file there. I am not sure how to upload or modify that file.

1. Open a Vanguard Invest account
2. Look for Fidelity ETFs that are similar to Vanguard ETFs
3. Use smaller brokerages like SoFi l, Robinhood etc.

I’m in Dallas and have been renting for 5 years. I don’t have any savings, but have about 30k in my 401k. Im thinking about leveraging that to buy a condo/or house.
