I got a call from Infosys HR on 16-September-2022 that I have been successfully selected for the job position of Test Analyst at Infosys, as per our conversation I have to receive an offer letter within 15 days, but I haven’t received it till now.
Now They have sent a mail that your Candidature is on hold. Is this happened with anyone else also.
Please do suggest on this guys.

Ucla seems to have good pay from what I see on the job descriptions but kaiser only shows pay grade. Ucla has pension and a raise it seems every year. Talk, if they don’t work around also based on your experience, I will not let any boss touch my file unless is HR that’s a big red flag there, if you know how you work and her you can plan on working it out. But just so you know she can be your boss and she now know your business and personal details too. Best you can do is share it. You will not be satisfied if you don’t speak up, sometimes when we let our job speak for us can make a big change.

Not all HR does onboarding paperwork. I myself did it at my previous company for all in my "network", including those I supervised. As far as no remote, if that isn't your preference, it may not be a good fit for you. I'm honestly confused by you saying someone is your boss but you won't work for her. Are you saying you don't want to work for her, or that they would be a hands off boss, which doesn't make sense to me either. I guess I just don't know what's going on with your post. Either way, you don't seem happy about aby of the situation so I might suggest looking for a position elsewhere.
Thank you. The person is forgetful, not organized and clearly can’t keep track of the Administration calendars. How can I report to someone like that?
I did onboarding as well but I kept my “ network involved in the process.
HR got back to me today and ask for my feedback on documentations which were provided to het last week- I wasn’t aware I replied.
I will speak with her and Administration tomorrow.
