isnt that the job of a manager? to provide feedback? i never get offended or confused as long as the comments have explanations as to why im being requested to changed something. Additionally, I’ve had managers ping me afterwards about the changes to explain

Everyone has their own style and that’s ok! I usually just caveat that x, y, z changes are minimal and due to personal aesthetic/stylistic preference vs. other changes that are substantive and less subjective. That way people receiving edits know which ones were more subjective.
are you changing things in large because they’re just to your personal preference or because it actually creates a more lucid message? if it’s the former then let it go as long as it’s not dog sh*t quality
This. I’ve had to learn to let go a bit. And it’s good for you.
I proactively set expectations for certain things if i have them. If some things are preference based, I’ll tell them it’s preference and fall on the sword of anal retentiveness.
I also try not to make arbitrary adjustments. When i make them it’s usually because something isn’t meeting expectations and if it’s a learning opp, i treat it as such. If i miscommunicated, i own it.
Other than that - i treat things like a draft and think the teams generally expect revisions to come back as the deck is passed around
