I’m a new grad CMA and am having trouble finding work in my area. I feel like I’ve interviewed and I thought the interviews went well but apparently they didn’t. I’m getting the impression that managers want ma’s with experience, but how am I supposed to gain experience if I can’t find a job?

Anyone have any worst interview stories? 100% bombed one yesterday, essentially just because I wasn't well prepared enough and I was super nervous. Knew what I wanted to say and said none of it, pretty sure I blacked out for at least some of it. Tell me I'm not the only one, (!!) or tips for self confidence are also welcome.

I’m a CMA who works in Behavioral Health. I have been asked to float to different offices to assist other providers because we are short staffed.
