I’m a plant controller at a manufacturing plant, 100% on site. The culture is horrendous and my mental health has taking a toll. Is it crazy of me to accept a slightly lower salary for a fully remote role? At this point, i am so mentally drained.

Hi! I interviewed for a Digital Marketing Analyst for an agency for Data Center and Telecom PR/ Tech. Since we are virtual country wide, he asked what my salary requirement would be for this role.
