Honestly, I think you already answered your own question. Go for it, you can always look for another job once you settle down in the new slightly lower salary after healing your mental health. At the end of the day, taking care of yourself really matters.
Health > money
That's an insanely easy choice. If the pay was massively lower it would be different but slightly lower, easy.
Health is wealth and I would not sacrifice it for anything. I recommend taking few days off and think about your decision and move forward with your decision.
